Delivery and Packing Charges

  • UK Mainland Standard 4 Day Delivery - £3.99
  • UK Mainland Express Next Day Delivery - £7.49 (Orders must be placed and confirmed by 2pm)
  • Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland Express 1-2 Day Delivery - £17.99
  • Scottish Isles, English Isles and Channel Islands Express 1-2 Day Delivery - £19.99
  • Europe Zone 1, 2-5 Working Day Delivery - £19.99
  • Europe Zone 2, 2-7 Working Day Delivery - £22.99

All Delivery Rates (Above) are based on approximate time scales and cannot be guaranteed. We would also like to advise that some orders may require an additional days handling before dispatch. The timescales above do not take in to consideration this additional day handling.

If the wrong delivery option is selected your order will be delayed until a further payment is made to cover the full delivery charge required.

Certain Products will highlight a "Per-Item" Delivery Rate starting from £6.50. These items are usually shipped direct from the manufacturer.

Please Note: If an item has a special "Per-Item" delivery rate, the standard shipping rate will still be charged in addition, if other items (with no Per-Item rates) are being purchased.

Returns

Any items returned for exchange or refund must be returned in an unused and re-sellable condition and in its original packing. Please contact us beforehand if you need any advice.

Your right to cancel an order - The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provides you with a right to cancel your order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received your products.

You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation. If you with to cancel an order please email Zizy Pools at returns@zizypools.co.uk.

Please note that:

  • Products returned which are not due to a failure or incorrect supply will incur a re-stocking charge; 20% or £20, whichever the greater amount. This will apply to each item returned.
  • We are unable to accept return of items which are perishable or subject to batch manufacturing.
  • Items ordered especially for you cannot be returned.
  • Returned goods must be in their original packaging and accompanied by a returns number.
  • The Customer will be responsible for the items delivery costs if the products are either refused at the door or not collected from the depot and sent back to Zizy via our courier. The customer will be responsible for the initial cost of delivery plus the return shipping and a surcharge of £3.99+VAT. If the item requires to be sent out again a further payment will be needed for the additional postage.

Goods returned in a condition unacceptable for resale will be refused.

Returns Procedure

  1. Contact Zizy Pools to notify and agree the return.
  2. Zizy Pools will provide you with a returns number.
  3. This number must be clearly marked on all items returned, together with all relevant information (i.e.) Delivery Note and Invoice Number, Delivery Date, reason for return etc.
  4. Either the customer of Zizy Pools may then arrange return of goods by the most appropriate method. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged.

Items received without adhering to the procedure above or without a returns number, will be rejected and returned to sender at the senders cost. If we cannot reach you to receive funds for this charge, the items will be destroyed.

Damaged Goods

It is very important to slowly and carefully inspect your items. No claims can be entertained for damaged or missing goods that have been signed for as received in good condition. All damaged goods should be refused and sent back to us after marking the assignment note or delivery document as refused damaged. We should immediately be notified of missing, damaged or late delivered goods, this must be within 72 hours of receiving damaged goods. We make every effort to ensure your goods are delivered quickly and arrive in perfect condition but we cannot be held responsible for delay or damage caused or liable for any consequential loss or damage caused during transit.
